The Kingswood Initiative

• The Kingswood Initiative Campus Activities Board (CAB)
• The Kingswood Initiative Church Leadership Program (CLP)
• The Kingswood Initiative Undergraduate Athletics Coaching Program (ACP)
• The Kingswood Initiative Undergraduate Sports Media and Marketing Program (SMMP)

• Limited—must participate in the Kingswood Initiative.
• Kingswood Certificates are available to incoming freshmen only.
• Unconditional admission required.
• Because of the time commitment for the Kingswood Initiative, participation is reserved for those who are not participating in NCAA-III athletic teams, the Presidential Scholars Program, Esports, band, dance, or cheer teams.

• Must participate in Esports.
• Because of the time commitment for this program, participation in Esports is reserved for those who are not participating in NCAA-III athletic teams, the Kingswood Initiative, Presidential Scholars Program, band, dance, or cheer teams.

• Must participate in marching band, jazz/show band, BallHawks Pep Band, and symphonic band for fall and spring semesters as requested.
• Because of the time commitment for the band program, participation is reserved for those who are not participating in NCAA-III athletic teams, the Presidential Scholars Program, the Kingswood Initiative, Esports, dance, or cheer teams.

• Must participate in choir.
• Although choir participation is open to any student, this award is reserved for those who are not receiving awards for participation in the Kingswood Initiative, Presidential Scholars Program, NCAA-III athletic teams, Esports, band, or dance teams.

• Limited—must participate in cheer activities as requested.
• Try-out required.
• Because of the time commitment for the Cheer program, participation is reserved for those who are not participating in NCAA-III athletic teams, the Presidential Scholars Program, the Kingswood Initiative, Esports, band, or dance teams.

• Limited—must participate in dance activities as requested.
• Try-out required.
• Because of the time commitment for the dance program, participation is reserved for those who are not participating in NCAA-III athletic teams, the Presidential Scholars Program, the Kingswood Initiative, Esports, band, or cheer teams.

• Must participate in Air Force ROTC.

• Active member of a Methodist church for at least one year
• Official Cross & Flame clergy recommendation required (see Financial Assistance for Methodist Students).

• Employee or employee dependent of a parent/guardian employed by Alabama Power, ALFA, Baptist Health, Synovus Bank, or UBS Financial Services.
• Corporate Alliance Application required (see Student Financial Services Forms.)

• Must provide military ID.
• Complete the required application at Student Financial Services Forms.

• Must live within 45 miles of the Huntingdon campus.

• Graduate from an AISA school.

• Unconditional admission

• Must meet admission requirements.

• Incoming freshmen who graduate from Booker T. Washington Magnet, Brewbaker Technology Magnet, Carver, Jefferson Davis, Lanier, Loveless Academic Magnet (LAMP), Montgomery Preparatory Academy for Career Technologies, Park Crossing, or Robert E. Lee High Schools.
